Our Gentlemanly customer in USA after receiving  their ordered packing machine cannot adjust   the length of bags that he wants .
as below there is the questions from American customer
Bag Length.The conversion is supposed to be mm to“.
At 102 mm which is the setting that I am supposed to use
I am well short of the 4 Inches.  I am at 119 to get close to 4 Inches.
Even though I am close with 119 setting on bag length
I have no consistency and am having much difficulty
getting a consistent cut from the machine. Please advise.
The solution to this question is simple .the tips as below :
Please find the "cursor"sign ,click the round circle and let it
become "Hollow" (see the pictures attached),which disable the working
of eye light .followingly it can adjust the length of bags to the aimed length.
